In this role, you will assist customers through live chat, accurately manage customer information, and help streamline service requests for our industrial and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and online messaging platforms
Enter and update customer information with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist customers with service requests, scheduling, and account updates
Maintain organized digital records and documentation
Verify customer data and ensure information is current and accurate
Coordinate with service teams regarding customer inquiries and requests
Deliver professional, friendly, and timely customer support
Requirements

Previous customer service, chat support, or data entry experience preferred
Strong written communication and typing skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
